1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TalentsMY platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Services

TalentsMY is a platform that connects users with social media tasks. We provide a platform for users to complete tasks and earn rewards, as well as for advertisers to order social media services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Tasks & Rewards

• Rewards will be credited after tasks are reviewed and approved by admin.
• Tasks that do not meet requirements will be rejected.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only have one account.

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 0.50.
• Withdrawals can only be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet.
• Processing time is 1-3 business days.
• Topup balance cannot be withdrawn.

6. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are involved in suspicious activities including but not limited to:

• Use of multiple accounts
• Fraud or attempts to cheat
• Abuse of reward systems

7. Limitation of Liability

TalentsMY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on our platform.
